COACHELLA: ADIDAS X BAD BUNNY  CAMPUS WILD MOSS

For the bold collaboration between adidas Originals and Bad Bunny at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, celebrating the launch of the “Campus Wild Moss” edition sneaker. Our team at Whalefilm delivered all the experiential millwork, transforming the pop-up into a vibrant, immersive environment. Inspired by a desert-turning-spring concept, this activation featured floor-to-ceiling moss and floral walls, dramatic vertical trellis systems and integrated live plant elements. From custom joinery to precision-finished surfaces, we crafted everything with a focus on high-end execution, ensuring the space resonated with the energy of the brand, the music and the moment.

BLOCK X BLOCK 2025

For this large-scale corporate experience, Whalefilm partnered with Lally Events to transform the Oakland Coliseum parking lot into The Park, a temporary city built from the ground up. Over six months of planning and fabrication, our team engineered and constructed immersive environments for each Block subsidiary, designing unique installations that blended creativity with precision craftsmanship. From large-scale structures to custom finishes, we helped turn a blank asphalt canvas into a fully realized experiential landscape for 8,000 attendees, redefining what’s possible for corporate events at this scale.

COACHELLA: WHITE CLAW SHORE LOUNGE 

White Claw Shore Club at Coachella has become a standout festival destination, at Whalefilm we had the privilege of delivering the full-scale millwork build-out that brought the activation to life. From sweeping wave-inspired architectural elements to precision-crafted joinery, we engineered an environment that was as dynamic as the music and immersive as the experience. Our execution balanced creativity with craftsmanship, creating a unique backdrop that elevated the brand’s message, engaged attendees, and stood out on the festival grounds.

GQ FASHION SHOW

For the celebrated GQ Bowl runway event held at Hotel Peter & Paul in New Orleans, which brought together top-tier models and elite athletes walking the runway for the first time ever. Our team at Whalefilm was honored to deliver the full fabrication and millwork package, producing detailed custom platforms, immersive backdrop structures, and refined surface treatments that balanced nostalgic varsity aesthetics with modern luxury. From precision joinery to dynamic interactive stations, we helped bring the show’s spirit of sports-meets-style to life in a memorable, elevated way.

COACHELLA: APEROL TERRAZZA

For Aperol Terrazza at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Whalefilm delivered the full millwork installation transforming the space into a vibrant Italian-inspired oasis. Inspired by Venetian architecture and the golden hour aperitivo tradition, our team crafted custom joinery, dynamic surfaces and immersive fixtures that elevated the guest experience, from the Grand Archway entrance to the signature lounge zones. The result: an activation that felt both fun and upscale, seamlessly aligned with the Aperol spirit of togetherness and stylish celebration

SHEIN MIRROR BULL

For the standout activation SHEIN Saloon at Stagecoach Festival,  featuring the wildly popular glitter-ball mechanical bull experience. Our team at Whalefilm delivered the full millwork fabrication, crafting dynamic interactive zones with precision-crafted structures, bold finishes and immersive design elements. From custom joinery to playful thematic features, we helped bring a lively, high-energy experience to life that aligned with the festival’s spirit while elevating the brand’s presence in an unforgettable way.

GREY GOOSE | MIAMI FOOD + WINE

For the Grey Goose Essences “Strawberry & Lemongrass” launch event, Whalefilm brought the brand’s vibrant flavor story to life through imaginative millwork and refined fabrication. Our team engineered and built custom bar structures, sculptural displays, and interactive tasting stations designed to immerse guests in a playful yet elevated atmosphere. With soft curves, bright finishes, and fresh organic textures, the environment reflected the light, refreshing spirit of Grey Goose Essences, blending craftsmanship with creativity for a memorable, sensorial experience.

APPLE TV: WE CRASHED

For the premiere of WeCrashed on Apple TV+, a high-profile red-carpet event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Our team at Whalefilm created dynamic and glamorous build-outs that set a striking stage for the stars and press alike.
