For Aperol Terrazza at Coachella, this project was driven by a full-scale fabrication and installation effort, requiring precise coordination and high-volume production under tight timelines. Our team produced an extensive millwork package, fabricating custom structural elements, detailed joinery, and layered finishes that were built to perform in a high-traffic festival environment. Each component was shop-built in sections for efficient transport and rapid on-site assembly, ensuring consistency and quality across the entire footprint. The build demanded a balance of speed and craftsmanship, with crews executing clean installs, tight tolerances, and durable finishes throughout. The final result is a cohesive, large-scale environment that reflects disciplined fabrication, efficient workflow, and strong team execution from start to finish.
